Ironischerweise wird es erst dann richtig schwierig. Je mehr\nwir uns anstrengen, einen bestimmten Fehler loszuwerden, desto hartn\u00e4ckiger scheint dieser\nzu werden. Es ist wirklich dem\u00fctigend, zu erkennen, dass wir nicht nur unserer Sucht,\nsondern auch unseren Charakterfehlern gegen\u00fcber machtlos sind.<\/p>\n<p>Endlich f\u00e4llt der Groschen. Der Siebte Schritt besagt nicht, dass wir uns selbst von\nunseren M\u00e4ngeln befreien, sondern dass wir unsere H\u00f6here Macht bitten, sie von uns zu\nnehmen. Das Anliegen unserer t\u00e4glichen Gebete f\u00e4ngt an sich zu wandeln. Wir geben\nunsere Unf\u00e4higkeit zu, uns selbst zu besseren Menschen zu machen und bitten unsere\nH\u00f6here Macht inst\u00e4ndig, das f\u00fcr uns zu tun, was wir selbst nicht f\u00fcr uns tun k\u00f6nnen. Und\nwarten.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Programm mag viele Tage lang beim Siebten Schritt verharren.\nM\u00f6glicherweise erfahren wir keine pl\u00f6tzliche und vollst\u00e4ndige Befreiung von M\u00e4ngeln. Oft\nver\u00e4ndert sich jedoch auf fast unmerkliche Weise, wie wir uns selbst und andere\nwahrnehmen. Mit den Augen des Siebten Schritts beginnen wir, die Menschen um uns\nherum weniger kritisch zu betrachten. Wir wissen, dass viele von ihnen sich - genau wie wir\n- mit Unzul\u00e4nglichkeiten herumqu\u00e4len, die sie am liebsten los w\u00e4ren. Wir wissen, dass sie-\ngenau wie wir - ihren eigenen Fehlern gegen\u00fcber machtlos sind. Wir fragen uns, ob auch sie\ndem\u00fctig darum bitten, von ihren Fehlern befreit zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wir beginnen, andere auf die gleiche Weise zu beurteilen, die wir in unserer\nSelbstwahrnehmung gelernt haben: mit Einf\u00fchlung, die sich auf Demut gr\u00fcndet. Wenn wir\nandere und uns selbst weiter beobachten, k\u00f6nnen wir schlie\u00dflich sagen: \"Ich verstehe.\"<\/p>\n<\/div><div id=\"meditation-thought\" class=\"meditation-rendered-element\"><strong >Nur f\u00fcr heute:&nbsp;<\/strong>Gott, hilf mir, mit den Augen des Siebten Schritts zu sehen.
