Wir finden, dass es unsere Dienste st\u00e4rkt, wenn wir diese Konzepte gewissenhaft anwenden, so wie die Schritte unser Leben gefestigt haben und wie unsere Traditionen unseren Gruppen Best\u00e4ndigkeit und Einigkeit gegeben haben. Die Zw\u00f6lf Konzepte leiten unsere Dienste und tragen dazu bei, dass die Botschaft von Narcotics Anonymous allen S\u00fcchtigen zug\u00e4nglich ist, die mit dem Drogennehmen aufh\u00f6ren und unseren Lebensweg beginnen wollen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Um die Hauptaufgabe unserer Gemeinschaft zu erf\u00fcllen, haben sich die NA-Gruppen zusammengefunden, um eine Struktur zu schaffen, die die Dienste im Interesse von NA als Ganzem entwickelt, koordiniert und erh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<li>Die endg\u00fcltige Verantwortung und Autorit\u00e4t f\u00fcr NA-Dienste liegt bei den NA-Gruppen.<\/li>\n<li>Die NA-Gruppen \u00fcbertragen der Servicestruktur die Autorit\u00e4t, die n\u00f6tig ist, um die ihr zugewiesenen Aufgaben zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n<li>Effektive F\u00fchrung ist ein hoch gesch\u00e4tztes Gut in NA. F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten sollten bei der Wahl betrauter Dienerinnen und Diener sorgf\u00e4ltig bedacht werden.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr jede Aufgabe, die der Servicestruktur zugewiesen wird, sollte eine einzige Stelle der Entscheidung und Verantwortlichkeit klar definiert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Das Gruppengewissen ist das spirituelle Mittel, mit dem wir einen liebenden Gott einladen, unsere Entscheidungen zu lenken.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Mitglieder eines Servicegremiums tragen betr\u00e4chtliche Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Entscheidungen des Gremiums und sollten voll an dessen Entscheidungsprozess mitwirken k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li>Unsere Servicestruktur h\u00e4ngt von der Integrit\u00e4t und Effektivit\u00e4t unserer Kommunikation ab.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Bestandteile unserer Servicestruktur sind verpflichtet, bei ihren Entscheidungsfindungsprozessen alle Standpunkte sorgf\u00e4ltig zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/li>\n<li>Jedes Mitglied eines Servicegremiums kann sich mit dem Ersuchen um Wiedergutmachung f\u00fcr einen pers\u00f6nlichen Schaden ohne Angst vor Repressalien an dieses Gremium wenden.<\/li>\n<li>NA-Gelder m\u00fcssen daf\u00fcr benutzt werden, um unsere Hauptaufgabe zu f\u00f6rdern und m\u00fcssen verantwortungsvoll verwaltet werden.<\/li>\n<li>Im Einklang mit dem spirituellen Charakter von Narcotics Anonymous sollte unsere Struktur immer eine des Dienens sein, niemals eine des Herrschens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a9 Narcotics Anonymous<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
